Wenceslaus Hollar, Adam Bierling - draughtsman - Arundel's House from the North
After moving to England, Wenceslaus Hollar, now in the service of his employer, settled in Arundel's home, which he then depicted. The designs for these etchings were created by the Dutch artist Adam Alexius Bierling (1625-1675), but the plates have all the qualities of Hollar's refined manner of etching.
