This engraving by the Dutch engraver Cornelis van Dalen II is one of a great many transfers of Michelangelo’s Moses into print form. This print was the only artwork of the modern times that the artist included into his series of one hundred graphic sheets reproducing the masterpieces of Classical sculpture.
