Otto Gutfreund - Winder
In the first half of the 1920s, Otto Gutfreund focused on civil, socially motivated themes, especially those of work and workers. The figure of a woman carrying a crate with spun wool is one of the four figures of textile workers Gutfreund did to decorate a dining room cupboard in the villa of entrepreneur Josef Sochor, his uncle and the owner of textile works in Dvůr Králové nad Labem.
